Description
We, Lolita and Guillaume, are a happy couple brimming with ideas about how to buy and sell locally, reduce our carbon footprint and avoid unnecessary packaging. We have been living a 'buy local, buy fresh, reduce packaging' existence for a while and we have opened our shop to enable and encourage others to do the same.
Yute is a friendly, welcoming shop where we sell quality local produce by weight and by the scoop. Bring your own container(s) weigh them, fill them and then pay only for the contents!
Paper bags available if you have forgotten, but bringing your own is best. That way we are moving towards the goals of only re-usable bags and zero rubbish. We can sell you glass containers too, but the next time you come to fill up, remember to bring it with you!
We sell a wide range of foodstuffs, drinks and sweets, plus environmentally friendly cleaning and hygiene materials
