Description
Galatea , which makes Kombucha, was set up in April 2024 by Isabelle and Patrice Chessé in La Ferrière-en-Parthenay;
In their workshop they have experimented and innovated in order to produce the tastiest range of quality kombuchas. The drink has recognised beneficial qualities and theirs are made mostly from local organic materials.
For those who don't know it already this drink is non-alcoholic, refreshing and sparkling and produced from naturally fermenting tea. It can be drunk at any time of the day whether as an apéritif, an accompaniment to a meal, a thirst-quencher between meals or even a nightcap.
It is sold in 33cl or 75cl bottles and in a range of tasty flavours. You can use the click and collect function on their website to order your drinks
Or you can buy them in various places in Parthenay including Biocoop, Au Palais d'Oris, Les P'tits Bonheurs, Chez Julie, Le fin Gourmet, Les Templiers and at the bar of La Fabrik in Château Bourdin.
