Jean-Luc is passionate about his work, he grows his oysters according to the old established traditions in the Charente. His oyster farm and his traditional cabin are at Bourcfranc le Capus close to Marennes and the Island of Oleron.
In fact io délice means specialities from the Ile d'Oléron!
He has a stall in the market at Parthenay on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
This is where you can buy your oysters, mussels and shellfish and know they are really fresh!
