Grandson of a baker, son of a cooked meat specialist, Samuel Ferru couldn't help but end up cooking! The business name is in honour of his Gran who was a Cordon Bleu cook and also helped to foster his love of good home-cooked food.
With experience in several restaurants, he decided to take over his parents' deli and opened a stall in the Parthenay market in June 2021. He is there on Wednesday and Saturday mornings selling ready meals and cooked meats made in the deli's workshop.
Other days you can pick up orders straight from the workshop at 96 Place Michelet. Delivery is also possible.
He offers hot dishes, cold buffets, full meal trays, business catering, cocktail snacks and anything else you fancy food-wise.
Hot meals can be delivered in thermal containers so that you don't need to re-heat, they will still be hot after several hours!
