Description
Marc et Patricia Dupont produce a range of hand-made goats cheeses.
The milk comes from their own flock of goats which are fed exclusively on the pastures and hay of their farm.
They sell several specialities:
Mothais sur feuille, Poitou Chabichou AOP, Camembique, Tomme....
From fresh salted cheese just draining to very mature high-taste cheeses, they sell cheese at all stages of maturation, to suit all tastes and recipes.
You will find them at local markets: Vasles, Parthenay, Niort, Melle, Beaulieu sous Parthenay, St Maixent
