Salome runs an organic market garden and practises sustainable gardening methods including agroforestry. This entails selective tree planting among the vegetables. Salome uses non-hybrid seeds of traditional varieties and every organic method to enrich the soil. The most important for her is to encourage a living soil which will go on producing over the years. She doesn't even use mechanical aids, all is done by hand, for ultra-healthy produce.
