Description
Horticulturalist
Started in 1998 we supply plants for individuals and wholesale. We try to grow or procure everything locally, and to sell directly to the people who are going to use them. We have won a horticultural award because our plants are grown in special beds, we use automatic fertiliser application, which is less polluting and all our watering is done with collected rainwater, and any surplus is re-used.
Our Plants
You can choose from our bedding plants and perennials, trees and shrubs, fruit trees and fruit bushes, vegetable plants (sold individually), selected groups of plants for outside or inside use, either for their foliage or their flowers. We also sell vegetable seeds, flowers, bulbs, soil improvers, a range of composts and fertilisers, all of professional quality, straw bedding, organic treatments and chemicals, as well as containers, both plastic and ceramic.
Our little Extras
We are here to give you advice when you need it. “The Plant Doctor” is ready to provide landscaping advice and free quotes. We will help you to load your purchases or we can deliver. You can also have a loyalty card and we accept ‘cheques cadeaux’. The first Friday (starting at 5pm) of each month we organise a market where you will find stalls selling cheeses, rabbit meat, pork, eggs, chickens, honey and seasonal fruits.
MG Fleurs is also an Exchange Bureau where you can change your Euros into Gâtinelles: 1€ = 1 Gâtinelle but 100€ = 105 Gâtinelles!
